We are looking for the perfectly imperfect dog to play Crab for our production of Two Gentlemen of Verona on the Square this summer!
According to Launce, a servant in the play, Crab must be the sourest-natured dog that lives. A cruel-hearted cur who does not shed one tear upon the parting of his Launce and his family as they head to the imperial court. He can have no more pity in him than a dog.
Join us on the lawn of Young Williams Animal Center and introduce us to your furry family member! If chosen, both doggie and handler must be available for all rehearsals and performances of Two Gentlemen of Verona. Performances run July 14, 16, 20, 22, 28, 30, 31 and August 3, 5, 11, & 13 from 7-9pm and Sunday, August 6 at 2pm.
